The SOLID F196 is the World’s first mid-range, continuous form, Flash fusing, Duplex, Laser Printer. By utilizing twin F98 engines, paired with a high-speed front end PC Controller, the F196 is the most versatile, cost effective, Duplex Laser Printer, available in the world today! By employing flash fusing technology, the SOLID F196 makes it easy to print on high-tac adhesive PS labels, plastics, PE, or PVC. Since there is no contact between the media and the fuser, printing on low-melting point media, is reliable, productive and cost effective.  The combination of features of the F196 offers many applications the versatility required by this class of laser product. The F196 includes: 17” print width for 2-up letter duplex statements or invoices, flash fusing for hard to handle medias and low melting point adhesives, 600 x 600 resolution for crisp detailed gray scale graphics, flat panel PC controller for ease-of-operation and OPC drum for environmentally friendly supplies. The versatility of a twin engine, duplex product allows the use of both engines for duplex output or also the ability to print simplex at twice the speeds, with built in redundancy of two print engines.
