 Form Burster Models
Form bursters for automatic forms processing. On all the bursters listed on this page form length can be set electronically or manually. All models have self-sharpening margin trimmers which gives you clean trims every time.
These bursters are made by Microplex. We also carry, IBM, Tally Genicom, Printronix and other high volume printers and bursters.
 M3000 Form Burster - Processes up to 5,500 11" forms per hour. The M3000 Series bursters are robust and ideally suited for lower volume bursting needs. Save time and money by choosing a burster from the M3000 series.
M6000 Form Burster - Processes up to 20,500 11" forms per hour. This "marathon machine" is great for running forms for extended periods of time. Form length can be set electronically or manually and our self-sharpening margin trimmers ensure clean trims every time. You can select from three different models in the M6000 Series to meet your individual needs.
 V5000 Forms Burster - Processes up to 2,700 11" forms per hour. The V5000 is both cost effective and efficient and great for any office application. Bursted pages can be separated into a maximum of 5 different stacks. Sensitive automatic paper jam control prevents run-away form damage. Both fast and quiet, this burster - decollator combination is ideal for invoices and shipping documents.
V9000 Forms Burster - Processes up to 9,000 11" forms per hour. The V9000 can process up to 9,000 11" forms per hour. This burster decollator combination is great for higher volume invoice and shipping documents. It's ideally suited for higher volume bursting and decollating your multi-part forms in one operation.
 CT 30/31 - Burst up to 120,000 x 4-layer, 3" fan fold printer forms per hour. Up to 32,500 -11" forms per hour. The high performance output of the CT30 / CT31 is made possible by using a special tractorless form guidance. You can expect a perfect stack of papers each time due to an antistatic feature on this high volume burster. A margin chopper comes standard, which increases the wastebasket capacity 10 times.
